WASHER AND DRYER USE AT TAMBERLANE

Washer and dryer units are NOT permitted in individual units.  The buildings are equipped with washer and dryer stack units in a laundry room on the second floor and third floor in some buildings.  The cost to wash or dry is $2.00 per load.  You need a laundry card which can be purchased from the office for $10.00.  You need to load money on the card by using the laundry card machine in the back room of the Clubhouse.  The machine takes only $5, $10 and $20 dollar bills, no credit cards.  The washer and dryer units debit your laundry card each time you use it.  Be careful with your card, it is a good idea to put a name label on the back, in the event you leave it behind, another resident can return it to you.

Please be courteous to your neighbors when using the machines. Don’t wash pet beds or blankets or sandy beach towels or blankets.  Don’t wash small rugs where the rubber backing is coming off.   Do NOT wash clothing that has glitter or decorative stones embedded, these things come off and can cling to the laundry of other residents.  Be sure to empty all pockets, leaving  gum, candy, pens, tissues etc., makes a mess in the machine or a mess on the next resident’s load of laundry.  Do not over use laundry detergent; follow the instructions on the laundry signage.  If you use laundry detergent pods, put them with the laundry in the washer drum. THE DRYERS RUN REALLY HOT, RARELY DO YOU NEED THE TEMPERATURE SET ANY HIGHER THAN MEDIUM. Please confine laundry room use between 8AM and 8PM.

Always clean the filter after each use and if you spill detergent, please wipe it up.  Use a timer so that you are not leaving laundry in the machine longer than necessary preventing others from using the equipment.  BE SURE TO LEAVE THE WASHER DOORS AND THE DRYER DOORS OPEN AFTER YOU ARE FINISHED.  THIS ALLOWS AIR TO CIRCULATE AND PREVENTS CONDENSATION.

If you find a machine that is not working correctly, the easiest way to report it is to download the app from the CSC Company (see instructions on the signs in the laundry room) and take a picture of the unit’s  bar code.  It will schedule a technician service call. You can also use this link, https://www.cscsw.com/request-service/ and enter the unit's bar code numbers.  A RED banner will appear at the top of the page acknowledging your submission.   If you cannot do this, call the Tamberlane Office to report it 561-622-1766 providing the machines’ bar code numbers and letters.  Thanks for your co-operation.

LAUNDRY ROOM WASHER AND DRYER PROBLEM

PLEASE DO NOT UNPLUG ANY WASHER/DRYER UNIT TO "RESET" IT.

This has happened at more than one building. Unplugging the machine erases the codes that the technicians need to perform a repair. When the machine resets it operates for a load or two then goes out but the technician showed up in the meantime and the machine was operational, so no service is done.

JUST REPORT THE MACHINE AS NOT OPERATING TO CSC, USING THE APP, OR CSC WEBSITE https://www.cscsw.com/request-service/ OR TO THE TAMBERLANE OFFICE USING THE MACHINE CODE NUMBERS ON THE FRONT. DO NOT UNPLUG ANY MACHINE AT ANYTIME. THANK YOU.
