Board of Directors
2024 ELECTIONS-The Annual Membership meeting was held April 4, 2024.
There were three openings for Board Members and only three candidates gave notice of intent, so those three are automatically on the Board. The returning or new Board Members are Penny Barth, Wendy Pendergast and Mark Stine. Penny Barth made a statement and immediately resigned from the Board.
Speakers from Above and Beyond Pest Control Services gave a presentation for about an hour on termites and treatments.
Immediately following the Annual Meeting an Organizational Meeting was held. Sharyn Michalczyn will serve as President, Wendy Pendergast to serve as Vice President, Christine Tatum to serve as Secretary and Regina Scotto to serve as Treasurer. Directors are: Christy Garner, and new member Mark Stine.

On May 15th, 2024 Mary Lou Patterson was appointed by the Board of Directors to the open position created by Penny Barth's resignation, her term will be for 2 years.
